“Build a Better World” Summer Reading Program Kick-Off Party

June 22 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
dirtmeisterSummer is right around the corner, so that means libraries all over the country are hard at work planning fun and exciting programs for the whole family. This year's theme is "Build a Better World." Never before has there been a more fitting, or more needed, theme than this one and our summer event schedule is shaping up to be the best one yet! Children of all ages will be able to explore the many ways they can help build a better world through books, STEAM activities, music, and more. More importantly, children who join the summer reading program at their public library keep their brains active and enter school in the Fall ready to succeed! Sign up begins June 17 at the Library or Big Truck Day. Then, join us on Thursday, June 22 for our Summer Reading Kick-Off Party. The crowd-pleasing DirtMeister will be there with a bunch of fun experiments and inventions! We hope that by providing entertaining and educational opportunities to bring the people in our community together, we are building a better community, and thereby building a better world!..Read More
