Juneteenth Celebration with the Village

For the first time ever, the Library and the Village of Kinderhook are teaming up for a Juneteenth Celebration! Officially made a federal holiday last year, we are ecstatic to bring this celebration of freedom to our community. Join us at the pavilion at Rothermel Park for an educational and cultural performance brought to us by Hudson-based Operation Unite NY, and take the opportunity to learn about the history of the African American community in Kinderhook.
