Vinyasa Flow Yoga w/ Maria Christine Diotte of Bliss Arts

Connect with your breath as you stretch and strengthen your body in this all-levels yoga class. Beginners and seasoned yoga practitioners are welcome to join this balancing experience in which breath is linked with movements to cultivate a focused mind, physical fitness, and inner peace. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in. If they are available to you, bring yoga blocks and a strap. Registration is required on a per-session basis.
