Volunteer Fair

Communities are lifted by those putting their time and energy toward its improvement. But it can be difficult to find the right organization to put your time and energy toward! That’s why we are organizing our first ever Volunteer Fair: to provide a place for eager volunteers to meet with local organizations that need their help. Come learn about a wide variety of organizations from across the county and hear about their mission time requirement, skills needed, and more.

Come and meet representatives from the following organizations:

• The Friends of the Kinderhook Memorial Library
• The Sylvia Center
• The Valatie Community Theatre
• The Ichabod Crane PTA
• The Columbia Land Conservancy
• Columbia Kitchen
• Gaming Hour
• The Ghent Playhouse
• The Neighbors of Northern Columbia County
• The Kinderhook Elks
• The Lions Club
• Destiny’s Ride
• Columbia Friends of the Electric Trail
