Banned Books Club
Join fellow book lovers for our Banned Books Club! This insightful program is a chance to explore the novels that have been making headlines in recent years due to challenges in schools and public libraries across the country. Each month, we'll be reading one challenged title and discussing not only the stories, but the controversy surrounding them as well as the broad concept of censorship. Join us for a discussion of Stephen Chbosky's The Perks of Being a Wallflower at our December book club! This program is made possible through a generous grant from the Mid-Hudson Library System.
