If you’re looking for a low-impact, gentle exercise in a welcoming group setting, be sure to stop by our new Tai Chi for Seniors program in Stuyvesant! We are partnering with the Office of the Aging to bring this free program to seniors. Stop by for this energizing exercise, and learn more about the various services provided by the Office of the Aging as well! This series is made possible due to a generous grant through The Ackerman Foundation.
