Representatives from the Mental Health Association of Columbia and Greene Counties (MHACG) will be at our library to teach all interested individuals the proper actions to take when facing an opioid overdose. Gentle yoga is back at the Library! Those of us who have tried yoga have learned that it can be a lot more intense than it looks! That’s why we are working with Village Yoga to bring this exciting program back to the Library for those of us who are looking for a less strenuous, but just as relaxing, experience.
