Grab some popcorn and drinks–our monthly movie matinees are back! We’re partnering with the wonderful Neighbors of Northern Columbia County to bring some classic films to our library for free! This season we're focusing on some Oscar winning actresses, starting with 1987's Moonstruck starring Cher and Nicolas Cage!
The monthly meeting of the Library Board occurs on the third Tuesday of every month, excepting August, and is open to the public.
Did you know that we have a special library for gardeners? Our Seed Library is the perfect place to find and swap seeds for plants and veggies with other local growers and sowers. At this program, we’ll showcase some of the seeds that we have available to “borrow” and go over what it takes to keep this a free community resource.

We are partnering with the Office of the Aging to bring this free program to seniors. Stop by for this energizing exercise, and learn more about the various services provided by the Office of the Aging as well! We will explore a new art medium every week including watercolors, clay, fingerpaints, paper crafts and more! This program has the potential to be messy so please dress little ones in clothes you don't mind getting dirty! Best for toddlers and pre-schoolers!
Gentle yoga is back at the Library! Those of us who have tried yoga have learned that it can be a lot more intense than it looks! That’s why we are working with Village Yoga to bring this exciting program back to the Library for those of us who are looking for a less strenuous, but just as relaxing, experience. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. This series is brought to you thanks to a generous grant from The Hover Foundation.
Grades 5-12 Create your own unique terrarium using air plants! Air plants still need water, but grow without any soil; how you design your terrarium is up to your imagination! Supplies are limited, so please RSVP on our website.
