250 years ago, General Henry Knox led the “Noble Train of Artillery” across parts of New York all the way to Boston. This endeavor helped the Continental Army at a pivotal moment of the Revolution and was considered an impressive, nearly impossible feat. Gentle yoga is back at the Library! Those of us who have tried yoga have learned that it can be a lot more intense than it looks! That’s why we are working with Village Yoga to bring this exciting program back to the Library for those of us who are looking for a less strenuous, but just as relaxing, experience. Local artist Lisa LaMonica will take you step-by-step through the process of producing beautiful works of art–regardless of prior experience.
