    Whether you’re seeking peace of mind, a sense of spiritual grounding, or a way to honor the Earth’s cycles, meditation can provide a nurturing space for self-discovery and healing. Over the next few weeks local energy healer Helen O'Toole will be visiting the library to lead four classes on meditation. These sessions are designed to support relaxation, align the chakra system, and help participants reconnect with the natural world.
