Join Mandy for stories and songs! All ages welcome! Please note that we do Story Time at 10:30 AND 11:30 am (and not from 10:30 to 12:00, just to be clear, thank you!)
Hoping to travel more? Make new friends? Looking to finally hang the rest of that artwork? Want to experiment with new recipes? We'll have numerous decorative materials and poster boards on hand to create visual manifestations of your year in 2025! Vision boards are great projects for the whole family to enjoy together, which is why we are opening this up to all ages!
We are excited to welcome back former Chief of Investigations at the UN and UN International Prosecutor at the UN ICTR and Kosovo Roberta Baldini to discuss International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and human rights. Drawing from her own experiences, Roberta will give attendees an overview of many current world events through conversation, Q&A, videos, and hypothetical situations. Content warning: frank discussions of wars and war crimes may be difficult for some individuals. This is the third part of our lecture series, and will focus on the second Geneva Convention.
This twice-weekly exercise group is led by Kinderhook resident Pat Berroyer. If you are interested in attending, please contact the library first at info@kinderhooklibrary.org.
