Every Wednesday after school we'll have a drop in craft or art project! Each week we'll explore different mediums or processes! Let your imagination be the guide! This program is open to kids ages 5-12 years old.
Join Mandy for stories and songs! All ages welcome! Please note that we do Story Time at 10:30 AND 11:30 am (and not from 10:30 to 12:00, just to be clear, thank you!)
We will explore a new art medium every week including watercolors, clay, fingerpaints, paper crafts and more! This program has the potential to be messy so please dress little ones in clothes you don't mind getting dirty! Best for toddlers and pre-schoolers!
Based on the hit Dropout game show, where the rules keep changing! Weird trivia, secret challenges, and snacks! Contact Emily if you're interested in guest hosting a round! Open to Grades 7-12. Enjoy an early screening of the PBS documentary Free for All: The Public Library, which tells the story of the quiet revolutionaries who made a simple idea happen. From the pioneering women behind the “Free Library Movement” to today's librarians who assist the public despite push backs and budget cuts, meet those who created a civic institution where everything is free and the doors are open to all. Light refreshments will be served.

While many of us know Martin Van Buren as the eighth US president, did you know that he was very nearly the eleventh president as well? Come learn all about Van Buren’s involvement in the 1844 US election from noted history professor Mark Cheathem! Dr. Cheathem is a professor of history at Cumberland University in Tennessee, where he serves as project director for “The Papers of Martin Van Buren,” an archive project documenting Van Buren’s writings.
