NAMI Columbia County is an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and is made up of friends, family, and others who have been impacted by mental illness. NAMI meets twice a month in the Library's meeting room (unless otherwise noted).
Every Wednesday after school we'll have a drop in craft or art project! Each week we'll explore different mediums or processes! Let your imagination be the guide! This program is open to kids ages 5-12 years old.
If you love to read, be sure to check out the Next Page Book Club! This group meets monthly on the first Tuesday, and are always welcoming new members! Did you know: this year, we are joining libraries from across Columbia county and collecting canned and boxed foods for those in need? Bring your shelf stable donations to our library (or any other in the county). This year, we are working with the Ghent Food Pantry for donations. Please check the expiration dates before donating! So far we’ve collected over a hundred pounds of food already, but the month has two more weeks to go yet!
Join Mandy for stories and songs! All ages welcome! Please note that we do Story Time at 10:30 AND 11:30 am (and not from 10:30 to 12:00, just to be clear, thank you!)
We will explore a new art medium every week including watercolors, clay, fingerpaints, paper crafts and more! This program has the potential to be messy so please dress little ones in clothes you don't mind getting dirty! Best for toddlers and pre-schoolers!

Join library director Matt Pavloff (who is a huge fan of all three of these!) as he shares some of the newest titles being added to the Library's collection.
