We are partnering with the Office of the Aging to bring this free program to seniors. Stop by for this energizing exercise, and learn more about the various services provided by the Office of the Aging as well! This event takes place weekly at St. Joseph's Church in Stuyvesant, NY. Our friends at Village Yoga are providing this free class twice per month for those who are looking for a less intense yoga experience.     Throughout the month of June, the Kinderhook Memorial Library will host a sample of artwork from the Hudson gallery ARTLife717. Regional artists from anywhere and everywhere on the mental health spectrum will be highlighted at this show, and works will be for sale with all proceeds going to support these artists and the gallery. Join us on Saturday, June 7th at 5:00pm for a chance to meet the artists while enjoying live music and light refreshments.
