(Mini toothpastes will be provided to help mitigate the damage.)

If you're curious about the science behind the eclipse, be sure to attend this webinar brought to us by Raj Pandya, Director of the John R. Kirk Planetarium at SUNY New Paltz. This talk will be a preview of the April 8th solar eclipse, with information on different types of eclipses, including how and why eclipses occur.

Join a group of like-minded newbie menders and learn how to fix your own textiles at this friendly monthly gathering. You bring what you need to fix and any thread, needles, fabrics that you want to use. We’ll provide books, videos, and a little bit of experience to help you bring your textiles back to life while keeping them out of landfills!
