Our friends at Village Yoga are providing this free class twice per month for those who are looking for a less intense yoga experience. Throughout the month of June, the Kinderhook Memorial Library will host a sample of artwork from the Hudson gallery ARTLife717. Regional artists from anywhere and everywhere on the mental health spectrum will be highlighted at this show, and works will be for sale with all proceeds going to support these artists and the gallery.
