For the past two years, we have been examining and adjusting our practices and policies to ensure that we are ready to serve our community for years to come! So, help us keep Earth Day going! Internet Access Anywhere

Did you know that we loan out mobile Wi-Fi HotSpots at the Library? Thanks to a generous grant from the Ackerman Foundation, we have added four of these neat little devices to our catalog. These HotSpots create a zone of Wi-Fi in the immediate vicinity, and can be used virtually anywhere that you get cell service! Bring them camping or on long road trips, or use them at your home if regular internet access isn’t available. Call the library for more information and to borrow yours today!

We’re in Stuyvesant!

We are excited to announce that the Library is currently running limited operational hours in Stuyvesant! On Wednesdays from 10am-1pm, our director Matt Pavloff will be at the Stuyvesant Town Hall ready to check out books, sign you up for a library card, and talk to you about what services we can bring to you! The Town of Stuyvesant is part of the Library’s service area, and we want to be sure that we are reaching as many residents as possible in the ways that matter most to them. A Message from the Director

The Precious Gift of Time Our Library is a very special place to many people in the community. Thankfully, this means that we find ourselves the lucky beneficiaries of a lot of help from volunteers of all kinds. As weenter the season of Thanksgiving, I wanted to extend our deep gratitude to all of you who have given time, money, energy, and talent to our cause. There are also a special few who volunteer each week and deserve to be highlighted for their generosity of spirit where the Library is concerned. Carol Corrigan is a librarian by trade and at … Read more
