Every Wednesday after school we'll have a drop in craft or art project! Each week we'll explore different mediums or processes! Let your imagination be the guide! This program is open to kids ages 5-12 years old.
Come, fellow adventurers, and share your vacation stories with other travelers! Get great tips on destinations and travel recommendations, and gain some inspiration for upcoming trips. Whether you're a seasoned jetsetter or looking to start seeing the world, this is the group for you!

We will explore a new art medium every week including watercolors, clay, fingerpaints, paper crafts and more! This program has the potential to be messy so please dress little ones in clothes you don't mind getting dirty! Best for toddlers and pre-schoolers!

Classic horror fans are welcome to celebrate the spookiest time of the year with a special movie night! Local horror filmmaker Bruce Hallenbeck will be showcasing two films: Dr. Terror’s House of Horrors (1965) and The Skull (1965) both starring Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee! Light refreshments will be served.
Amy Krane, award winning local Architectural Color Consultant and Host of the Podcast: Let’s Talk (paint) Color, will give a talk about choosing paint colors for exteriors. The presentation will offer over 50 slides packed with examples of her design principles applying color to architecture!
NAMI Columbia County is an affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness and is made up of friends, family, and others who have been impacted by mental illness. NAMI meets twice a month in the Library's meeting room (unless otherwise noted).

Local author and naturalist Nancy Castaldo will be discussing her new book Squirrel: how a backyard forager shapes our world, a close look at one of our most familiar and overlooked animal neighbors. Nancy shines a light on this most common backyard animal, exploring their staggering diversity and the many surprising ways in which they shape our environment, communities, and culture. Copies will be available for sale and signing after the presentation!
