If you're looking for a low-impact, gentle exercise in a welcoming group setting, be sure to stop by our new Tai Chi for Seniors program in Stuyvesant! We are partnering with the Office of the Aging to bring this free program to seniors. Stop by for this energizing exercise, and learn more about the various services provided by the Office of the Aging as well! Grab some popcorn and drinks–our monthly movie matinees are back! We’re partnering with the wonderful Neighbors of Northern Columbia County to bring some classic films to our library for free! This season we're focusing on some Oscar winning actresses, starting with 1987's Moonstruck starring Cher and Nicolas Cage!
