Join us for the opening of our new art show on Saturday, March 28 from 2 to 4 pm, Local artists Karen Hummel, Wendy Nooney, and Robin Guthridge will be presenting their works in a friendly, social setting to celebrate this nature-inspired art show! Their gorgeous paintings will be on show throughout the month of April to help us celebrate Earth Day. Pieces will be available for purchase.

Part of being a great plant parent is giving your houseplants the chance to travel and visit new places! Bring your well-tended houseplants who are looking for a new home to our plant swap to trade with other local houseplant lovers. Tea and light refreshments will be served. Please make sure that your plants are healthy and pest-free.
Come and explore the beauty of our natural parks through the lens of local photographers Gary and Wendy Spielmann! Throughout the month of May, our meeting room will host gorgeous photographs of our country’s National Parks, highlighting the vast variety of ecosystems and landscapes across our country. On Saturday, May 2 at 1:00pm, Gary and Wendy will be at the library to discuss his adventures at National Parks across America, sharing highlights and tips, and discussing the awe-inspiring beauty and splendor of these national treasures.
We will explore a new art medium every week including watercolors, clay, fingerpaints, paper crafts and more! This program has the potential to be messy so please dress little ones in clothes you don't mind getting dirty! Best for toddlers and pre-schoolers!
For young children, learning to read can be a daunting task. But sometimes, gaining confidence can be as simple as having a willing, non-judgemental, and furry ear to listen! Sign your child up today for the chance to read to certified therapy dog Windy at the library! Windy loves to listen to stories and is ready to snuggle up with an emerging reader to hear a fun tale.
Come explore where you have been and where you may be going in this interactive workshop. Local LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Julie Valliere will be leading attendees through guided exercises to help explore important areas of your life as you have lived it so far. Exercises and discussions will help attendees identify in which directions they would like to take their lives.
